CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Registration list of participants of the Russian Insurance Summit 2014

Russian Insurance Summit 2014 (12th International Conference on Insurance) takes place in Moscow on June 5 and 6, 2014 at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel (Tverskaya Street 3, Moscow).

THE PARTICIPANT’S FULL PACKAGE includes: attendance at all plenary sessions and sections events.
Registration fee if paid before  April 30, 2014 – USD 1300 or EUR 950.
Registration fee if paid after April 30, 2014 – USD 1750 or EUR 1250.

Additional discounts for the second and subsequent participants from the same organization:

• the second participant from the same organization is granted a 10% discount,
• the third and every subsequent participant are granted a 20% discount.

The registration fee is not subject to VAT. The form of payment: by a non-cash transfer.

The participant’s registration fee includes:

• attendance at the plenary and sections sessions;
• food served in keeping with the Conference’s program;
• booking of rooms at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel (Moscow, Tverskaya Street 3) or at other hotels in Moscow;
• information materials and hand-outs (participant’s portfolio);
• attending the Gala Reception.

The cost of accommodation at the hotel is not included in the registration fee.

THE PACKAGE OF A SECTIONS SESSIONS’ PARTICIPANT
includes attendance at one or several sections sessions chosen by the participant.
Registration fee if paid before April 30, 2014 – USD 650 or EUR 470.
Registration fee paid after April 30, 2014 – USD 790 or EUR 570.

• the second participant from the same organization is granted a 10% discount,

The participant’s registration fee includes:

The cost of the hotel accommodation and of participation in the Gala Reception is not included in the participant’s registration fee.

ACCOMMODATION
The participants are granted special accommodation prices at the hotels in Moscow, if their registration fees are paid before April 15, 2014.

• «The Ritz-Carlton» (Tverskaya Street 3):
  The accommodation cost at the single room (Superior) is 13 850 RUR a day (the accommodation cost includes a buffet breakfast, 18% VAT is not included);
• «Metropol» (Teatralny Proyezd 2):
  The accommodation cost at the single room (Standard) is 8 900 RUR a day (the accommodation cost includes a buffet breakfast, 18% VAT is not included);

In order to have a hotel accommodation booked, this service needs to be specified in the registration form. The hotel accommodation booking list will be sent to you together with the confirmation of registration.

In case of the registration fee payment after April 15, 2014 the cost of hotel accommodation will increase, and the Organizing Committee will not guarantee that rooms are available.

Application form of the participant of the Conference

For participating in the 12th International Conference on Insurance (Russian Insurance Summit 2014) you should fill in the Registration Application Form, posted on the web-site of the Conference. After that the Agreement and the payment bill will be sent to you.

Please contact our managers that you have received an application.

Applications for participation in the Conference are accepted from February 25, 2014 to May 26, 2014.
After May 26, 2014, each application will be considered individually, depending on availability of vacant seats.

Registration Cancellation and Members Replacement
Each participant has the right to withdraw from participating in the Conference, in this case the Organizing Committee returns to the Organization the paid registration fee net of 15% of the registration fee.

For processing the withdrawal from participation in the Conference and funds returning the Organization must send a notification to the Organizing Committee in the period up to May 12, 2014.

The withdrawal,  received by the Organizing Committee after May 12, 2014, does not provide for a refund of registration fee.

Replacement of participants is made during the registration period from February 25, 2014 to May 26, 2014 by written notification addressed to the Organizing Committee.
