CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Registration list of participants of the Russian Insurance Summit 2016

Russian Insurance Summit 2016 (14th International Conference on Insurance) takes place in Moscow on June 8, 2016 at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel (Tverskaya Street 3, Moscow).

THE PARTICIPANT’S FULL PACKAGE includes: attendance at all plenary sessions and sections events.
Registration fee if paid before March 30, 2016:
USD 670 or EUR 615.
Registration fee if paid after March 30, 2016:
USD 830 or EUR 770.

Additional discounts for the second and subsequent participants from the same organisation:

• the second participant from the same organisation is granted a 10% discount,
• the third and every subsequent participant are granted a 20% discount.

The registration fee is not subject to VAT. The form of payment: by a non-cash transfer.
The participant’s registration fee includes:

• attendance at the plenary and sections sessions;
• food served in keeping with the Conference program;
• booking of rooms at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel (Moscow, Tverskaya Street 3) or at other hotels in Moscow;
• information materials and hand-outs.

The cost of accommodation at the hotel is not included in the registration fee.

THE PACKAGE OF A SECTIONS SESSIONS’ PARTICIPANT
Includes attendance at one or several sections sessions chosen by the participant.
Registration fee if paid before March 30, 2016:
USD 380 or EUR 350.
Registration fee paid after March 30, 2016:
USD 465 or EUR 430.

Additional discounts for the second and subsequent participants from the same organisation:

• the second participant from the same organisation is granted a 10% discount.

The registration fee is not subject to VAT. The form of payment: by a non-cash transfer.

The participant’s registration fee include:

• attendance at one or several sections sessions;
• food served in keeping with the Conference program;
• booking of rooms at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel (Tverskaya Street 3, Moscow) or at other hotels in Moscow;
• information materials and hand-outs.

The cost of the hotel accommodation is not included in the participant’s registration fee.

ACCOMMODATION

The participants are granted special accommodation prices at the hotels in Moscow if their registration fees are paid before March 30, 2016.

• «The Ritz-Carlton» (Tverskaya Street 3):
  The accommodation cost at the single room (Superior) is 14 000 RUR a day (the accommodation cost includes a buffet breakfast, 18% VAT is not included);
• «Metropol» (Teatralny Proyezd 2):
  The accommodation cost at the single room (Standard) is 9 500 RUR a day (the accommodation cost includes a buffet breakfast, 18% VAT is not included);

In order to have a hotel accommodation booked, this service needs to be specified in the registration form. The hotel accommodation booking list will be sent to you together with the confirmation of registration.

In case of the registration fee payment after March 30, 2016 the cost of hotel accommodation will increase, and the Organising Committee will not guarantee that rooms are available.

Application form of the participant of the Conference

For participating in the 14th International Conference on Insurance (Russian Insurance Summit 2016) you should fill in the Registration Application Form, posted on the web-site of the Conference. After that the Agreement and the payment bill will be sent to you. Please contact our managers that you have received an application.

Applications for participation in the Conference are accepted from December 21, 2015 to June 1, 2016.

After June 1, 2016, each application will be considered individually, depending on availability of vacant seats.

Registration Cancellation and Members Replacement

Each participant has the right to withdraw from participating in the Conference, in this case the Organising Committee returns to the Organisation the paid registration fee net of 15% of the registration fee.

For processing the withdrawal from participation in the Conference and funds returning the Organisation must send a notification to the Organising Committee in the period up to May 8, 2016. The withdrawal, received by the Organising Committee after May 8, 2016, does not provide for a refund of registration fee.

Replacement of participants is made during the registration period from December 21, 2015 to June 1, 2016 by written notification addressed to the Organising Committee.
