PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

Russian Insurance Summit 2012 (10th International Conference on Insurance Industry) takes place in Moscow on June 28, 2012 at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Ballroom 1 (3 Tverskaya Street).

THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE EXPANDS OPPORTUNITIES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE ANNIVERSARY CONFERENCE

THE PARTICIPANT’S PACKAGE will include:  participation in the Plenary sessions including the Insurance Development Strategy round table discussion and thematic sections.

Registration fee
book by May 31, 2012 - EURO 1 200 or USD 1 550
book after May 31, 2012 - EURO 1 450 or USD 1 860.

Additional discounts for the second and subsequent participants from one organization:

• the second participant of the same organization receives a 10% discount,
• the third and each subsequent participant receives a 20% discount.

Registration fee is not subject to VAT. Form of payment: cashless payment.

Registration fee includes:

• Participation in the Plenary sessions and thematic sections,
• Meals as part of the Conference,
• Hotel reservations at Hotel National (15/1 Mokhovaya Street, Moscow) or other hotels in Moscow,
• Information and handouts (member’s portfolio),
• Official reception for the Conference participants (buffet).

The cost of living in a hotel is not included into the registration fee.

The package of the THEMATIC sections participant will include: participation in one or several thematic sections (at the participant’s option).

• Information and handouts (member’s portfolio).

The cost of living in a hotel and participation in the official reception for the Conference participants is not included into the registration fee of the thematic sections participant.

Application form of the participant of the Conference

For participating in the X International Conference on Insurance Industry (Russian Insurance Summit 2012) you should fill in the Registration Application Form, posted on the website of the Conference. After that the Agreement and the payment bill will be sent to you.

Please contact our managers that you have received an application.

Applications for participation in the Conference are accepted from April 20, 2012 to June 20, 2012.

After June 20, 2012, each application will be considered individually, depending on availability of vacant seats.

Registration Cancellation and Members Replacement

Each participant has the right to withdraw from participating in the Conference, in this case the Organizing Committee returns to the Organization the paid registration fee net of 15% of the registration fee.

For processing the withdrawal from participation in the Conference and funds returning the Organization must send a notification to the Organizing Committee in the period up to June 1, 2011.

The withdrawal,  received by the Organizing Committee after June 1, 2011, does not provide for a refund of registration fee.

Replacement of participants is made during the registration period from April 20, 2012 to June 25, 2012 by written notification addressed to the Organizing Committee.

Accommodation

The Participants of the Conference will receive a discount on accommodation at Hotel National (15/1 Mokhovaya Street Moscow, telephone: +7 (495) 258 7000) if payment is made till May 24, 2012.

• The cost of a single Deluxe Suite 13,900 roubles a day (18% VAT included);
• The buffet breakfast is included in accommodation cost.

For further information about the hotel, payment and reservations please call the reservation department of Hotel National by +7 (495) 258 7000.

If payment is made after May 24, 2011 the cost of rooms will increase and the Organizing Committee will not guarantee the availability.
