The RAEX Group has been operating since 1997 and has offices in Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, European Union and Hong Kong with the headquarters located in Moscow, Russia. 
The RAEX Group and its departments are accredited by the Central Bank of Russia and the Ministry of Finance of Russian Federation, as well as various professional associations, self-regulatory organizations and exchanges. This allows the Group to deal with sovereign ratings and apply the international rating scale for private, bank, regional and municipal lenders. 
By now the ratings agencies of the RAEX Group have assigned over 1000 individual ratings to banks, corporations, counties, regions and securities. On top of classical ratings, on the Group issues university rankings, ratings of medical institutions and service quality ratings for a broad range of industries. 
Being the absolute market leader in Russia and CIS with 46% share as of August 1, 2014, the RAEX Group tops the list of local and foreign agencies by the number of ratings assigned to banks and companies. The Group's rating list features over 1000 companies in 16 countries. 
The RAEX Group annually issues more than 100 public analytical notes, studies and reviews on industry insurance, banks, leasing and factoring companies, auditors, consultants and other branches of the economy. The Group holds close to 30 business events per year for over 7 000 attendees from government, business, science, and professional associations
