PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

Russian Insurance Summit 2013 (11th International Conference on Insurance) takes place in Moscow on June 5-6, 2013 at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Ballroom 1 (3, Tverskaya Street).

THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE EXPANDS OPPORTUNITIES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE

THE PARTICIPANT’S PACKAGE will include:  participation in the Plenary Section sessions.

Registration fee book by May 5, 2013 - EURO 1 200 or USD 1 550 book after May 5, 2013 - EURO 1 550 or USD 1 960.

Additional discounts for the second and subsequent participants from one organization:

• the second participant of the same organization receives a 10% discount,
• the third and each subsequent participant receives a 20% discount.

Registration fee is not subject to VAT. Form of payment: cashless payment.

Registration fee includes:

• Participation in the Plenary and Section sessions,
• Meals as part of the Conference,
• Hotel reservations at “The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow” (3, Tverskaya Street, Moscow) or other hotels in Moscow,
• Information and handouts (member’s portfolio),
• Official reception for the Conference participants (buffet).

The cost of living in a hotel is not included into the registration fee.

The package of the SECTION sessions participant will include: participation in one or several Section session (at the participant’s option).

Registration fee book by May 5, 2013 - EURO 550 or USD 750 book after May 5, 2013 - EURO 700 or USD 940.

• Participation in one or several Section session,

• Information and handouts (member’s portfolio).

The cost of living in a hotel and participation in the official reception for the Conference participants (buffet) is not included into the registration fee of the Section Sessions participant.

For participating in the XI International Conference on Insurance (Russian Insurance Summit 2013) you should fill in the Registration Application Form, posted on the website of the Conference. After that the Agreement and the payment bill will be sent to you.

Please contact our managers that you have received an application.

Applications for participation in the Conference are accepted from February 25, 2013 to May 25, 2013.

After May 25, 2013, each application will be considered individually, depending on availability of vacant seats.

Registration Cancellation and Members Replacement

Each participant has the right to withdraw from participating in the Conference, in this case the Organizing Committee returns to the Organization the paid registration fee net of 15% of the registration fee.

For processing the withdrawal from participation in the Conference and funds returning the Organization must send a notification to the Organizing Committee in the period up to May 5, 2013.

The withdrawal,  received by the Organizing Committee after May 5, 2013, does not provide for a refund of registration fee.

Replacement of participants is made during the registration period from February 25, 2013 to May 25, 2013 by written notification addressed to the Organizing Committee.

Accommodation

The Participants of the Conference will receive a discount on accommodation at “The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow” (3 Tverskaya Street Moscow, telephone: +7 (495) 225 8888) if payment is made till May 10, 2013.

• The cost of a single Standart 12,000 roubles a day (18% VAT is not included);
• The buffet breakfast is included in accommodation cost.

If payment is made after May 10, 2013 the cost of rooms will increase and the Organizing Committee will not guarantee the availability.
